Job Role – Image Supervisor (Construction & Service Image) New Projects: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. Coordinate with vendors/workers to maintain an efficient work environment. Key Tasks: Conduct market visits for site selection and negotiation. Perform competitor analysis for service expansion (new service centers). Create hand sketches/CAD files of site layouts with accurate measurements. Monitor and supervise interior construction, renovation, or fit-out projects. Prepare detailed asset procurement plans, obtain approvals, and align deliveries with operational timelines. Manage subcontractors (e.g., carpenters, painters, electricians) and laborers. Ensure effective communication among the project team and stakeholders. Plan branding initiatives in nearby markets/retail outlets to enhance public awareness. Prepare necessary documents, including market and service center image photos. Provide navigation photos from the nearest landmark to service centers. Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep, cleanliness, and overall appearance of service center facilities. Ensure maintenance tasks are efficiently completed, image standards are met, and the site maintains a professional and welcoming environment for customers. Manage maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and implement preventive maintenance programs. Key Tasks: Conduct routine visits (monthly) to service centers to identify wear and tear. Maintain daily maintenance logs (fit-outs, lights, tiles, furniture, desks, and other assets) and report findings with a solution-oriented approach. Manage maintenance supply inventory (light bulbs, cleaning agents, tools). Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs (e.g., AC, carpentry, electrical). Manage CCTV access for Elses Digital System Pvt. Ltd. with timely updates. Plan branding elements based on new product launches and regional festivals (e.g., seasonal displays). Ensure minimal disruption to operations during repairs. Qualifications: Diploma (Civil/Architectural) or relevant field experience. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with a proactive approach. Problem-solving skills and ability to find alternatives to meet targets/requirements. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools. Basic knowledge of interior design, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Experience: 1+ years in construction and maintenance supervision.
