Key Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate injection moulding machines as per production plans
· Conduct tool changeovers and machine adjustments as required
· Monitor production quality and take corrective action when needed
· Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of moulding machines and tools
· Troubleshoot moulding issues like short shots, flashing, warping, etc.
· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
· Maintain accurate production and maintenance logs
· Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for continuous improvement
· Train junior operators when required
Key Requirements:
· Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Plastic Engineering or equivalent
· 2–5 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding operations
· Good understanding of various plastics (PP, ABS, Nylon, etc.) and moulding parameters
· Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.)
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: ₹9,239.02 - ₹20,000.00 per month
