Job Description

Role Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor injection moulding machines to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Prepare and load raw materials (plastic resins) and produce articles as per ISO, ASTM, UL, and IEC standards.
Inspect moulded parts for defects using visual and dimensional checks.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines, reporting issues to the maintenance team.
Record machine settings and production data accurately.
Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with R&D and QC teams to meet testing and production targets.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and product quality.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma in Plastics
2 - 4 years of experience in injection moulding operations

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Injection moulding machine operation and troubleshooting
ISO, ASTM, UL, IEC standards
Sample handling and documentation
5S and Kaizen practices
