Additionally, you should have extensive experience in Cloud Platforms like Health Cloud & Service Cloud, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The skills required for this role include being a Certified Service Cloud/Health Cloud and Vlocity/OmniStudio Developer with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You should have experience working in Agile Scrum delivery and be proficient in using Agile Scrum tools like Jira and ADO. Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with US clients are also essential. The mandatory skill set for this position includes expertise in Vlocity Omnistudio, Health Cloud, and possessing Salesforce Developer Certification & Omnistudio Certification. Additionally, it is beneficial to have certifications like Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, which focuses on designing and building custom applications on the Salesforce platform using declarative features.
