Today, we invite you to be part of this mission and contribute to the training of junior and senior professionals in the field of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). 🙌 ✅ ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Teach virtual classes for professionals in the electrical industry, focused on the advanced use of BESS. Develop real-life case studies. Create and/or review student evaluations. Address participants' questions during live sessions. ✅ BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of general experience in the electrical and energy sector, with 4+ years specifically in O&M of BESS systems. Advanced proficiency in thermographic tools, field measurement equipment, and control software (SCADA/BMS). Knowledge of international standards such as NFPA 855 and UL 9540A. Basic proficiency with Zoom platform. Availability of 4 to 8 hours per week for teaching and coordination. ✅ DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with hybrid BESS-PV or BESS-Wind projects in urban and/or rural environments. Graduate diploma or master's degree in Maintenance Management, Maintenance Engineering, Asset Management, or Predictive Maintenance. Familiarity with emerging standards such as IEC 62351 (cybersecurity in BESS). Knowledge of SCADA/BMS systems: Interpretation of operational data (SoC, SoH) and alarm configuration.
