Responsibilities:

• Ability to analyse and interpret the provisions and present views on the abovementioned laws
• Should possess good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle small teams.
• Should be able to have a discussion with Sr. stakeholders at the client site and develop an understanding of business operations
• Ensure project-related timelines and able to lead the team of associates/ sr. associates
• Should be able to prepare periodic MIS, project management
• Should be able to conduct/ lead onsite compliance reviews
• Knowledge of compliance tool
• Ability to lead the projects and understand how to manage projects economies
• Ability to lead the team of 10-12 folks.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• Drafting Compliance Checklists
• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, roadmap development, requirements gathering and product launch
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for product development (including prototyping, final product, and product iterations) by engineering teams.
• Define and gather business requirements, content, workflow, KPIs and design the solution
• Create product documents that describe business requirements, business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue etc.
• Analyse the requirements and prioritize the said requirements accordingly, based on the product scope and roadmap defined with the business and tech team.
• Identify processes, document gaps, and provide solutions to bridge gaps and enhance processes for customer migration to the standard model.
• Create User stories and test Cases based on the captured requirements.

The candidate must have an thorough understanding and knowledge of Legal & Statutory Compliances with respect to laws such as Labour Laws, Environment health & safety laws, Taxation laws, local & municipal laws, corporate laws, etc.
