Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Hyderabad. Marketing Strategy : Ability to develop and execute a marketing plan tailored to In-Sync’s services, targeting parents, schools, and healthcare professionals. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication for creating compelling content (e.g., brochures, social media posts, website copy) that resonates with families. Empathy and Sensitivity : Understanding the emotional needs of parents seeking therapy for their children, ensuring marketing materials are respectful and inspiring. Digital Proficiency : Expertise in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email marketing, and website management to enhance online presence. Networking : Ability to build relationships with local pediatricians, schools, and NGOs for referrals and partnerships. Budget Management : Experience managing marketing budgets to maximize ROI, especially for small to mid-sized organizations like In-Sync. Creativity : Innovative ideas for campaigns, such as parent testimonials, success stories, or awareness drives about autism and developmental delays. Data-Driven Decision Making : Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales experience and Sales Management skills Ability to effectively provide Training Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Experience in child development or healthcare industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
