Role & responsibilities Arrange end-to-end import process for goods and material. Work with Purchase Dept. and CHA and to ensure accurate documentation and timely customs clearance of imported goods. Monitor shipments and track import timelines to prevent delays and ensure on-time delivery. Identify risks like anti-dumping duty, BIS requirement etc. and advise the management how to avoid or address them. Liaison with customs dept. , whenever necessary, for smooth functioning of daily import activities. Stay updated on the latest trade and tariff regulations. Watch Customs , GST, DGFT Notifications/circulars / public notices / policy changes on regular basis and pick up the points useful to the company and initiate actions to get the possible financial benefit. Arrange customs clearance under IGCR, MOOWR, Advance Authorisation and MOOWR and ensure proper record maintenance.. Preparation and Submission of MIS on monthly basis Preferred candidate profile Education B Com /BBA / BBM MBA ( Preferably with International Business) Experience 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing domain .
