We are hiring a Test Automation Engineer (SDET) with 710 years of experience to join our growing QA team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating robust test automation frameworks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated test cases to support agile development teams.
  
• Execute automated tests, analyze results, report defects, and follow up on resolution.
  
• Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks, mocks/stubs, and interfaces.
  
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to align testing with product goals.
  
• Participate in continuous improvement of test strategies, methodologies, and tools.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and business requirements.
  

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in Java and strong programming/coding fundamentals.
  
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber.
  
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XPATH, XML, REST, and SOAP web services.
  
• Experience with Performance Testing tools (preferably LoadRunner).
  
• Proficient with GitLab and other version control systems.
  
• Familiar with Agile, DevOps environments and CI/CD tools.
  
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence and test management tools like Squash.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• ISTQB Certification preferred.
  
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  

Desired Skills:

• Experience in the banking domain or other regulated industries.
  
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery models.
  
• Passion for continuous learning and improving QA best practices.
