Your Purpose to the Team: As an Illustrator & Motion Designer, youll be the creative force behind our visual storytelling Bridge the gap between static design and immersive, animated experiences, enhancing user engagement across digital platforms Work closely with designers and clients to translate ideas into visually compelling narratives that resonate with audiences What Youll Own & Drive: Create custom 2D & 3D illustrations, icons, motion graphics that align with brand identities, digital products and marketing campaigns Use visual elements to tell stories effectively, enhancing user engagement and emotional connection Ensure the designs maintain high visual standards, consistency and attention to detail Apply storytelling techniques to create visually captivating content Keep up with the latest design trends, tools and motion graphics techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table What Were Looking For: 2+ years in illustration and motion design, with a diverse portfolio showcasing a mix of illustration styles & motion graphics, demonstrating creativity, storytelling and technical proficiency Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box Exceptional eye for detail, ensuring every design element aligns with project goals and brand identity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines & adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant qualification Strong expertise in Adobe illustrator, Figma, After effects etc. Great drawing skills both digitally and otherwise
