As a Housekeeping Supervisor , you are responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, well-maintained, and meet the hotel’s high standards of hygiene and presentation. You will lead a team of housekeeping attendants, assign tasks, inspect rooms, and provide guidance to maintain a 5-star guest experience. Your role is both supervisory and hands-on. You ensure that the team works efficiently and professionally, guest requests are fulfilled promptly, and cleanliness is never compromised. You also help with training new staff, checking inventories, and reporting maintenance issues. Ultimately, your job is to make sure that every corner of the hotel looks flawless and feels welcoming. Supervise daily cleaning operations across guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and other hotel areas. Assign duties to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure standards are met. Handle guest requests related to housekeeping services (extra towels, special setups, etc.). Report and follow up on maintenance or repair needs with the engineering team.
