Responsibilities : Conduct interactive HR training sessions for students or employees Deliver lectures and workshops on core HR topics including: Recruitment and selection Payroll processing and compliance Indian labor laws and HR audits HR analytics and documentation SAP SuccessFactors – basics and practical usage in HR Prepare and update training materials, modules, and presentations Evaluate the performance of trainees and provide constructive feedback Collaborate with various departments to plan and schedule training sessions.
