Responsibilities : Teach HR topics like recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and HR analytics. Develop and update course materials aligned with industry standards. Conduct interactive sessions, case studies, and role-plays to enhance learning. Mentor students on academic and career development. Stay updated with HR trends and incorporate them into teaching. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Requirements: Degree in Human Resource or related field. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multi task. proficiency in Microsoft office suite. Strong interpersonal and mentoring skill. Ready to travel our different branches. Familiar with HR Software's. Responsibilities : Conduct interactive HR training sessions for students or employees Deliver lectures and workshops on core HR topics including: Recruitment and selection Payroll processing and compliance Indian labor laws and HR audits HR analytics and documentation SAP SuccessFactors – basics and practical usage in HR Prepare and update training materials, modules, and presentations Evaluate the performance of trainees and provide constructive feedback Collaborate with various departments to plan and schedule training sessions.
