IELTS Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and qualified IELTS Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS coaching to students, helping them improve their scores and overall language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IELTS training sessions (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) for students.
• Design and deliver lesson plans that meet student needs and exam requirements.
• Provide personalized feedback and strategies for student improvement.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Conduct mock tests and practice sessions to build confidence and familiarity with the exam format.
• Keep up-to-date with IELTS exam patterns and marking criteria.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Requirements:

• Strong command over English language (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IELTS training preferred.
• Familiarity with the latest IELTS exam format and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage students with different learning levels and backgrounds.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Certification in IELTS/TEFL/TESOL (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to use digital platforms/tools for online teaching.
• Experience in preparing content or study material for IELTS.
• Patience, empathy, and strong student management skills.

Pay: ₹10,765.71 - ₹25,000.00 per month
