Educate customers about product eligibility, interest rates, tenure, and benefits. Assist customers in loan application process and collect necessary documents. Achieve monthly sales targets assigned for loan disbursal and product conversion. Build strong relationships with showroom staff and maintain visibility of IDFC FIRST offerings. Ensure compliance with company guidelines and RBI norms in all transactions. Handle customer queries and escalate issues when needed.
