Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems including CCTV,
Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, BMS, and Structured Cabling.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of work.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ELV and IBMS systems.
Prepare progress reports, documentation, and maintain records of site activities.
Assist in system integration and ensure interoperability between various ELV and IBMS components.
Support procurement and vendor evaluation processes for ELV/IBMS equipment.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and escalate delays or issues as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/BE/Btech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
Relevant experience in ELV and IBMS systems at construction project/ sites.
