Job Title: IBM Maximo Consultant

About the Role:

IBM Maximo Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure IBM Maximo modules (Asset, Work, Inventory, Procurement, etc.)
Customize Maximo applications using automation scripts, workflows, and MBOs
Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (7.6.x or MAS 8.x preferred)
Familiarity with Maximo Application Suite (MAS), including deployment on Red Hat OpenShift, is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
