Job Objectives: We are seeking an experienced IBM BAW/Navigator Developer to join our team for critical development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM FileNet, BPM technologies, and web application development using Java and JavaScript frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Understand business and technical requirements to deliver robust solutions. Analyze, design, develop, and troubleshoot IBM Case Manager and Java-based applications. Develop and customize widgets and plugins using Dojo . Design and implement Business Process Definitions (BPDs) and service flows in IBM BPM . Develop backend components and REST APIs using Java and Spring. Create unit test suites and ensure code quality. Document technical designs and implementation plans. Work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Follow best practices, coding standards, and design principles. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide technical consulting as needed. Adapt quickly to existing widget frameworks and support ongoing enhancements. Key Skills: IBM FileNet 5.x IBM BAW (including Case Management & BPM) IBM Content Navigator Java, J2EE, Spring Framework RESTful Services Oracle Database SQL & PL/SQL JavaScript, Dojo
