Job Title: IBM BAW Developer / Senior Developer / Lead Experience: 4 to 12 Years Location: Hyderabad, India Job Description: We are seeking experienced IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) professionals to join our growing team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our digital transformation practice, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust business process automation solutions using IBM BAW and related technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement complex business process solutions using IBM BAW (formerly BPM). Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and configure workflows, coaches, integration services, and user interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA teams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process applications and integration. Provide support for UAT and production environments. Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and performance tuning Mentor junior developers (for senior roles). Required Skills & Experience: 412 years of hands-on experience with IBM BAW / BPM (v18.x or later) Strong knowledge of BPMN, business process modeling, and coach views Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, BPDs, and UCA Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Java/J2EE technologies Familiarity with IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager) is a plus Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
