Hydra Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hydra Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for safely operating the Hydra crane for lifting, shifting, and placing heavy materials, equipment, or goods at construction or industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Hydra crane to lift, move, and position materials as directed.
• Inspect crane equipment and ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Load and unload materials safely while following site guidelines.
• Assist with minor maintenance and upkeep of the crane.
• Follow safety regulations and procedures strictly to avoid accidents or damage.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and ground staff for coordinated movements.
• Keep daily logs of operations and equipment condition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hydra Operator (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
• Valid license or certification for Hydra crane operation (if applicable).
• Sound knowledge of safe crane operation practices.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work on different job sites as needed.
