HVAC Procurement Executive

As a Procurement Specialist in the HVAC industry, your primary responsibility will be to source and purchase a variety of HVAC items such as AHUs, VRVs, copper pipe insulations, ADP ducts, grills, diffusers, and MS pipes. It will be crucial for you to establish and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers, evaluate and select vendors, and ensure strict compliance with company policies. Your expertise in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers will be vital in securing the best deals possible. To effectively manage inventory levels, you will need to monitor stock levels closely to prevent overstocking while ensuring the availability of essential items. Additionally, tracking expenses, managing budgets, and implementing cost-saving strategies will be part of your daily routine. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all procured materials meet the required specifications and quality standards set by the company. Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities and preparing regular reports will be essential tasks in this role. Collaboration with project teams to understand material requirements and ensuring timely delivery of goods will also be a key aspect of your job. To qualify for this position, you must hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and possess 2 to 3 years of experience in HVAC procurement or a related field. Strong negotiation skills, vendor management abilities, organizational prowess, and effective communication skills are prerequisites for success in this role. Additionally, a solid knowledge of HVAC systems and materials will be beneficial in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
