We are looking to hvac maintenance engineer is responsible for the ongoing operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. They ensure these systems function efficiently, safely, and reliably, contributing to optimal indoor comfort and air quality.
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on hvac equipment and systems.Identify and address potential issues before they escalate into major problems.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and part replacements.Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in hvac systems.Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring proper installation and operation.Document repairs, including parts used, labor time, and any necessary adjustments to the system.Comply with all safety regulations and procedures related to hvac equipment and systems.Use appropriate personal protective equipment (ppe) when working on or around equipment.This job is provided by Shine.com
