Job Description

You should be well-versed in design verification tasks, such as estimating heat loads and calculating pressure drops for both air side and water side systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating water side and electrical schemes. A strong understanding of various equipment used in projects is essential, including but not limited to chillers, pumps, AHUs, cooling towers, heat recovery units, fans, and ductless ventilation systems. You will need to analyze tender specifications and ensure that projects are executed accordingly. Implementing value engineering techniques to reduce project costs will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be required to prepare final Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and variation statements.,
