Human Resources Intern

As an HR Intern at KiteCareer, based in Surandai, you will have the opportunity to support the Human Resources department and gain valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in job posting and resume screening, coordinating interview scheduling, maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and exit formalities, organizing employee engagement activities, and supporting daily HR operations and administrative tasks. We are looking for individuals who are pursuing or have completed an MBA in HR or a related field, possess strong communication skills, have an interest in recruitment and HR processes, are familiar with MS Office or Google Workspace, and are willing to work full-time on-site at Surandai.
