Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Intern role, located on-site in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR-related tasks, such as supporting HR policies, managing employee benefits, aiding in personnel management, and contributing to overall HR management. The intern will have hands-on experience working with the HR team and will gain exposure to different aspects of human resources.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
