We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with 12 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Schedule and follow up on technical interviews and feedback. Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports. Assist in drafting and issuing offer letters, onboarding documentation, and background checks. Support in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives when required. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 12 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn). Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience recruiting for IT and Non-IT roles. Knowledge of basic HR operations and processes.
