Role & Responsibilities

HR Recruiter Intern

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, Linkeidn & internal databases
• Screen resumes as per parameter and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for smooth onboarding
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process
  

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree (Pursuing/Completed) in HR, Business, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards is a plus
• Organized and detail-oriented mindset
