Human Resource Manager

Job Title:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, performance reviews, etc.) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
• Administer employee benefit programs and resolve any related issues or concerns.
• Handle employee queries and resolve work-related conflicts or concerns.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant HR experience preferred (can be adjusted).
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Discreet with sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in Manufacturing Industries.
