HR Manager's Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) can be broken down into several key sections : - Recruitment and Talent Acquisition - Time-to-Fill: Ensuring open positions are filled promptly to maintain adequate staffing levels. - Quality of Hires: Evaluating the performance of new employees to ensure they meet the hospital's standards. - Interview-to-Offer Ratio: Tracking the efficiency of the hiring process. - Employee Relations and Engagement - Employee Satisfaction: Conducting surveys to gauge employee morale and identify areas for improvement. - Grievance Resolution: Handling employee complaints and resolving issues promptly. - Absenteeism Rate: Monitoring and addressing attendance issues to minimize disruptions. - Performance Management and Development - Performance Appraisals: Conducting regular evaluations to assess employee performance and identify areas for growth. - Training and Development: Designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Compliance and Risk Management - Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the hospital adheres to relevant laws and regulations, such as labor laws and healthcare standards. - Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the hospital's employees and operations. - Strategic Planning and Implementation - HR Strategy Development: Creating and implementing HR strategies that align with the hospital's goals and objectives. - Work Culture Development: Fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and productivity .Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
