Join Our Team: We're Looking for a Human Resources Intern

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination).
• Help organize and streamline onboarding procedures for new hires.
• Cold calling
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records, contracts, and documentation.
• Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Assist in coordinating training sessions and identifying development needs.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
• Track employee performance and contribute to HR metrics and reports.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and handle employee queries.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
