The ATM Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operation of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs). Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Liaise with ATM hardware and software providers for maintenance and upgrades. Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, IT, and security. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in ATM operations, cash management, or banking operations. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. Familiarity with ATM software systems, transaction switching, and core banking integration. Good communication and vendor management skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
