Qualification requirements:

Manager-level resources that can develop interfaces, reports, configure software, and troubleshoot
Must have a strong technical background but also a functional skillset
7+ years of Workday HCM experience is required; must have exposure to all HCM modules, including Benefits, Absence, Talent, etc.
Also need exposure to Workday Prism Analytics, Greenhouse Recruiting Software, Reflective, and Shareworks by Morgan Stanley
Requires strong focus on customer service; must promptly respond to TPG employee inquiries and provide white glove service
