Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Source and attract candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) Screen resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face). Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations. Manage the interview and selection process. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams. Handle offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency) is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making and negotiation skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
