The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across IT, Non-IT, and Intern hiring mandates. Key Responsibilities: Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Head-hunt and engage talent via job portals, social media, and internal databases. Shortlist candidates based on role requirements and coordinate interview schedules. Maintain recruitment reports and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver timely closures. Requirements: 0-2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT/Interns).
