Job Title: HR Recruiter - Corporate Hiring

Role & responsibilities

As an HR Recruiter in a Leading E-Com Company Internal Hiring team, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent across corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR, and Technology. Youll work closely with business leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth, candidate-centric recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage *end-to-end recruitment* for corporate functions from requisition to onboarding.
* Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and sourcing strategies.* Source candidates through various channels: job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and passive outreach.* Conduct *initial screenings* and coordinate interviews with business stakeholders.* Drive a *best-in-class candidate experience*, representing the company's brand with integrity and enthusiasm.* Use ATS and internal systems to *track applicant data*, maintain pipelines, and generate reports.* Collaborate with HRBPs to support *internal mobility* and workforce planning initiatives.* Stay updated on *talent market trends*, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices.* Ensure compliance with company's hiring policies and labor laws.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
* 25 years of recruitment experience, preferably in *corporate or internal hiring* roles.* Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and deliver under tight timelines.* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience recruiting in fast-paced or startup environments.
* Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other platforms.* Knowledge of hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).* Exposure to *diversity hiring initiatives*.
