Urgent Hiring of HR Manager, sec 65, Gurgaon Location: Sec 65, Gurgaon Designation: HR Manager Working Days: Monday- Saturday Employee Strength: 50 Working Days: 9:30- 6:30 pm(Monday-Saturday) We are looking for a competent and organized HR cum Admin Manager to handle day-to-day HR operations along with administrative responsibilities for our office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR processes, internal team coordination, and office management, with a proactive and people-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly Salary. Handle employees join, exit formalities, and maintain HR documentation. Payroll Sheet Preparation. Oversee performance appraisal process and assist in implementing HR policies. Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment. Maintain and update the employee database and HR reports regularly. Supervise day-to-day office administration. Manage office supplies, stationary, and vendor coordination. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth functioning of office operations. Maintain files, records, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data. Organize internal events, meetings, and office communication.
