Role & responsibilities Responsible for end to end recruitment, closing positions following TATs Manpower analysis - planning, recruitment, interviewing, negotiation, offering, on boarding, probation reviews, up to the stage of confirmation (Execution and Coordination) Develop sourcing strategies, HR outreach through various job portals and online representations, campus placements, college and institution networks, mass sourcing Design and implement Interview strategies, techniques with creativity and proved methods Prepare Interview test, technical test in coordination with vertical heads. Lead employee induction, joining formalities, orientation trainings. Responsible for employee personal files and relevant database management. Support HR team, for generalist functions of employee engagement, periodical review coordination, payroll assistance, annual mass events. Managing employee separation processes, that includes separations due to resignations, disciplinary action, retrenchment, end of contract, etc. Monthly MIS and reporting of HR activities, initiatives and plan of action for the upcoming period Ensuring thorough documentation and record keeping for the above stated functions Working on continual improvement activities in HR, for example improvement in SOPs, Staff policy and procedures, staff training initiatives, etc. Preferred candidate profile ~ Age above 25 years (Women candidates preferred)~ Education Degree Holder (with HR specialization preferred) ~ Experience 2 to 6 years in HR~ Proficiency in using computer at work (MS Office, Internet, HR software, etc.)~ Good Communication (verbal as well as written communication) skills in Marathi and English~ Interest in working for a social cause~ Minimum 2 years commitment Perks and benefits *Perks like Mediclaim of Rs. 2 lac/pa, personal accident insurance, office sim card, leave encashment, Bonus
