Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Oversee HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Ensure HR generalist activities such as recruitment, training, and performance management are aligned with organizational goals. Coordinate PF, ESIC, LWF compliances and ensure timely submission of returns to relevant authorities. Maintain accurate records of employee data and maintain confidentiality at all times. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in contract labour management. MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification preferred. Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and procedures; knowledge of labor laws (PF, ESIC) a must.
