HR & Business Development Manager Job

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee life cycle management. 2. Manage HR documentation, employee records, and internal audits. Handle workplace discipline and internal communications. 3. Search, track, and file tenders on GeM Portal, Defence eProcurement, and other portals. 4. Liaise with public/private sector tender organizations. 5. Prepare pre-qualification documents, technical/commercial proposals, and supporting documents. 6. Monitor tender results and follow up with authorities for clarification or negotiation. 7. Build and maintain relationships with clients and procurement agencies.
