Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Talent Management and HR operations and be familiar with various HR functions. The HR Associate will play a critical role in recruiting the right talent for all roles related to India location, supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes within the organization. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies to ensure compliance with HQ and local regulations, overseeing employee relationships, and supporting employee engagement activities. Requirements 2 to 3 years relevant working experience Fluent in English Bachelors or masters degree in HR Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities: Support the recruitment process by creating/posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates & hiring managers. Offer roll-out and follow-up. Implement innovative strategies to attract quality candidates. Maintaining/updating the bank of internal job descriptions and needed trackers on offers/recruitment/joiners. Assisting in data collection of new joiners towards insurance and payroll. Preparing ad hoc letters (e.g., Relieving, proof of employment, etc.). Assist in onboarding and resignation processes. Ensure all HR operations comply with legal standards and are applied consistently. Assist in HR data analysis and reporting, producing basic reports and contributing to data insights. Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives, managing specific tasks or components. Respond to employee inquiries, offering assistance with HR-related questions and issues. Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Stay informed about HR best practices and trends, staying up to date on industry changes. Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on various HR projects and tasks. Support the development and updates of HR policies and procedures. Participate in audits and compliance checks, ensuring HR practices meet legal standards.
