Job Summary:

The HR/Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting daily HR and administrative operations at the plant. The role involves coordinating recruitment, maintaining employee records, ensuring statutory compliance, and handling general administration including facility and vendor management to ensure smooth functioning of the unit.

Role & responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions (coordination with consultants, coordination with corporate office for scheduling interviews, documentation, onboarding).
  • Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, and leave records of On-roll & Contractual Employees.
  • Ensure timely submission of attendance data for payroll processing.
  • Support execution of HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Corporate HR for performance management, employee engagement, and training activities.
  • Manage employee queries related to leave, attendance, salary slips, etc.
  • Monitor contract manpower deployment, records, and compliance.

Administration:

  • Oversee general administration including housekeeping, security, canteen, and transport arrangements.
  • Handle plant gate pass issuance, visitor management, and admin SOPs.
  • Maintain records of company assets, uniforms, and safety kits.
  • Coordinate for repair and maintenance work as needed.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance applicable to manufacturing plants.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and ownership mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HRMS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and handle field-level admin tasks effectively.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR/Admin role, preferably in a manufacturing plant.
  • Familiarity with compliance audits and contract workforce management is an added advantage.

Working Conditions:

  • Location is Ghiloth (Neemrana), Rajasthan full-time, on-site role.
  • Should be comfortable working in a plant environment and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
