Greeting Guests: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression. Managing Reservations: Handle phone reservations, confirm bookings, and ensure accurate seating arrangements. Seating Guests: Guide guests to their tables efficiently and courteously, possibly providing menus or information about the restaurant. Coordination: Work with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service and minimize wait times. Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and ensure guest satisfaction. Other Duties: May assist with busing tables, setting up for events, or other tasks as needed.
