Hostel Warden

• Supervision and Management:Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including resident supervision, staff management, and maintenance of facilities.
• Safety and Security:Ensuring the safety and security of residents by enforcing rules, monitoring entry and exit points, and responding to emergencies.
• Housekeeping and Maintenance:Maintaining cleanliness and order within the hostel, coordinating with housekeeping staff, and overseeing repairs and upkeep of facilities.
• Discipline and Conflict Resolution:Enforcing hostel rules and regulations, addressing disciplinary issues, and resolving conflicts among residents.
• Resident Support:Providing guidance, counseling, and support to residents, addressing their concerns, and acting as a liaison between residents and hospital administration.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of residents, hostel activities, and any incidents or maintenance requests.
• Coordination:Collaborating with other hospital departments, such as security, medical staff, and maintenance, to address resident needs and ensure smooth hostel operations.
• Emergency Management:Responding to emergencies, implementing appropriate protocols, and coordinating with relevant authorities.
• Community Building:Organizing recreational activities and fostering a sense of community among residents.
• Compliance:Ensuring compliance with hostel policies, regulations, and relevant health and safety standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
