Job Description

  • Maintaining patient records: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, including medical history and appointment information.
  • Managing appointments and scheduling: Scheduling patient appointments, sending reminders, and coordinating with other staff.
  • Preparing and maintaining examination rooms: Ensuring rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Maintaining and repairing equipment: Ensuring instruments and equipment are in good working order and performing minor repairs or coordinating repairs.
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies: Keeping track of inventory levels and ordering necessary supplies.
  • Handling billing and insurance claims: Assisting with billing procedures and insurance claims processing.
  • Providing customer service: Answering patient questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
