Hospital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote the hospital’s services, increase patient footfall, and build strong relationships with the local community and referring doctors. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive patient growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with local clinics, general physicians, specialists, and corporate clients.
• Plan and coordinate outreach programs, health camps, CMEs, and promotional events.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet doctors, medical centers, and referral partners.
• Collaborate with digital marketing team for social media, website, and online campaigns.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and submit reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for campaign execution and branding materials.
• Handle patient queries related to services and provide necessary follow-ups.
• Ensure hospital branding is maintained across all channels and touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in healthcare or hospital marketing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Tamil and English preferred).
• Willing to travel locally and meet monthly visit targets.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
