Home Care - Nursing Specialists

As a healthcare professional at our leading Healthcare solutions company, you will play a crucial role in providing effective patient care. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patients continuously and accurately recording critical elements in the critical care chart. Additionally, you will be educating patients and their families on proper home health care procedures and strategies. Travelling to patients" homes to manage their care plans will be an essential part of your role. Administering medications according to the schedule, inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and assisting with personal grooming and hygiene tasks will also be among your duties. Your aim will be to keep the patients comfortable and provide suggestions for improved healthcare. Collaboration with the Physio and Diet Departments will be necessary to ensure comprehensive care for the patients. Following company protocols diligently is a key requirement for this position. To qualify for this role, you should hold a GNM/BSc/MSc degree in a relevant field.
