Hoarding Coordinator

We are hiring a Hoarding Work Coordinator who has hands-on experience in managing and coordinating hoarding (outdoor advertisement) projects. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and well-versed in the end-to-end process of hoarding work—from site planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate hoarding installation, maintenance, and removal across various locations
• Manage communication with vendors, suppliers, and installation teams
• Schedule site visits and ensure timely execution of hoarding tasks
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to hoarding works
• Ensure quality standards and branding guidelines are followed
• Supervise ground staff and provide clear instructions for on-site tasks
• Maintain records of hoarding locations, materials used, and timelines
• Report project status and any site issues to the operations/marketing team

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in coordinating hoarding/outdoor advertising works
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle fieldwork and site visits
• Knowledge of materials used in hoarding (frames, flex, lighting, etc.)
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English/Hindi
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
