You’ll be selling digital ad products, branded content, programmatic solutions, and IP sponsorships for —Asia’s leading gaming media IP. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue via new client acquisition and strategic media partnerships Manage end-to-end sales: from pitch, negotiation, closure to post-campaign analysis Upsell and cross-sell influencer campaigns, events, branded IPs, and white-label experiences Lead private programmatic partnerships with agencies/platforms Collaborate with creative, influencer & ops teams for seamless execution Leverage campaign analytics to build stronger client narratives and renewals Stay ahead of trends in gaming, esports, and digital media Must-Have Experience 4–8 years in media sales/digital advertising/brand partnerships Experience in gaming, esports, influencer marketing, or entertainment domains Hands-on with programmatic buying, branded content, sponsorships Background in media companies, ad networks, DSPs, DMPs, or publishers Strong grip on digital ad metrics: CPM, CPV, CPI, CPL Powerful client storytelling, pitch creation, and closing skills
