Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for Full Truck Load (FTL), Transportation, and Logistics services in the assigned Region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the Logistics/Transportation industry and a strong network of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts for FTL and transport services.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver customized solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

5-10 years of B2B Sales experience in Logistics, FTL, or Transportation industry.
Strong understanding of the transport and freight forwarding ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to manage large accounts and deliver consistent revenue.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
