SUMMARY

Job Role: Mobile Application Tester

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 4+ years

Must - Have:

The candidate should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in Mobile Application Testing

Job Description:

We are seeking a Test Automation Lead to spearhead the evolution of our testing processes into a seamless and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust quality processes, tools, and methodologies that elevate control, accuracy, and integrity in testing. Your focus will be on advancing predictive and intelligent testing approaches, harnessing automation, and cutting-edge testing products and solutions to drive enhancements in quality engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert (SME).
Collaborate and oversee the team's performance.
Make team decisions and take responsibility for them.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Offer problem-solving solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Mentor junior team members to elevate their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies.
Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in Mobile Device/App Automation Testing.
Strong understanding of various automation frameworks and tools.
Experience with scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
Ability to design and implement test strategies aligned with project goals.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Mobile Device/App Automation Testing.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15-year full-time education is required.
