Hiring For UI Developer

Must Have

• 3+ years of UI Developer experience should be able to convert UI Design (from Figma, Zeplin, PSD format, etc.) to HTML code
• Need a better understanding of Dynamic content and Responsive UI development.
• Extensive knowledge of device and cross-platform browser compatibility
• HTML-5, CSS-3 (SASS/SCSS - pre-processor), Bootstrap- 5, JavaScript/jQuery Frameworks, Material Design, WordPress, Drupal, etc.
• Good Knowledge of Angular, React, Ionic, Salesforce like frameworks to give support of HTML and CSS to match application with Design
• Strong understanding of semantic HTML
• Basic knowledge of applying Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) in the code
• Knowledge of creating smooth UI animations using CSS or lightweight JS libraries

Good To Have

• Testing/Debugging knowledge using code inspector
• Version control like GIT, SVN, etc.
• Awareness and use of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
• Basic knowledge of Designing Tools like Photoshop to crop or optimize the images
• Awareness of how various email clients render HTML/CSS for effective email template development.
